VULKAN SYSTEMS LAUNCHES A NEW TOOL TO MANAGE "JOC-ER PROHIBITED" CERTIFICATES FROM THE GENERALITAT VALENCIANA

Vulkan Systems, experts in high-security access control solutions for the gaming sector, has developed a new tool that simplifies the management of JOC-ER PROHIBITED (Self-Exclusion) certificates for its clients.

Currently in the testing phase, this utility allows operators to:
• Import and manage their own JOC-ER PROHIBITED certificates within the Vulkan system.
• Check status and expiration dates.
• Easily replace them once they have expired.

The tool also incorporates advanced features, such as configuring automated daily download intervals (always under the control of an authorized user) of the Generalitat Valenciana's Gambling Access Interdiction database.

This ensures that the system always holds the most up-to-date version of the self-exclusion registry.

With this solution, operators can provide greater transparency to authorities, proving that the certificate is valid and correctly configured within the Vulkan system if required. Previously, this management depended on Vulkan's technical service; now, operators have full control, allowing them to carry out this process with complete freedom and privacy, without the need to share their sensitive data.
